We
use a process called hot water extraction also known as steam cleaning,
the recommended cleaning process of major carpet manufacturers.
We also use a tool called the Rotovac 360 that has three spray jets followed by three vacuum slots.
The high torque head spins in a rotating motion at up to 250 R.P.M. to produce maximum deep cleaning and drying passes.
Our goal is to provide a healthy indoor environment
for our customers by removing many of the contaminates that live
in structures; Irritants that trigger allergic reactions, respiratory
distress, household odors, and, of course, dirt and germs. On top of that we leave your house with a nice clean fragrance.
I will give you a free, no-obligation, in-person quote.
I will measure and inspect your carpet, give you my recommendation, and
tell you how much it will cost. If you don’t want to have the work
performed, I will cheerfully say goodbye without arguing.
If you do have the work performed, it will be guaranteed. If you are
disappointed, I only ask that you allow me to re-clean any
unsatisfactory areas. If you are still not satisfied, I will refund
the cost of those areas, up to the price of the entire job. You won’t
have to jump through any hoops, or assert yourself, or stand your
ground—you are the judge and I will cheerfully honor your judgment. I
have never argued with a client.
Since we charge by the square foot, we measure only what we clean.
This
puts you the customer in control. We measure on every job and give you the price up front, before we begin.
